LOL...and what evidence would that be?? If he had any evidence of DTCC wrongdoing...Megas would have filed and slam dunked them years ago. Instead...he's waiting for a few thousand dollars from shareholders to so he can get "advise".
From what I understand also...they DTCC has evidence to support their position...and even the SFC was satisfied with their response on their position.
