About a date ... I don't have a guess. But I certainly hope SNP isn't planning to wait until after the first round EEZ bidding. I don't think STP will give them that luxury, though.
I say no earlier than Jan, especially since ERHC put out in their latest PR that SNP has qualified the 4th qtr results statement with a caveat that it could be later.

I just hope that after these 5 wells are drilled, Sinopec doesn't go into stall mode, with the hopes of getting ERHC to sell out on the cheap... I hope Sinopec is fearful of screwing SEO and the rest of the Nigerian shareholders...
