Just curious as to why you're resistant to just sharing the info with us??? Seems a bit odd, like "I have a secret but I'm not going to share it with you." If you aren't going to share the secret, then what is your motive for telling us you have one?

Look, Pacer doesn't matter at this point. If the judge signed off on a settlement agreement on Friday, there will be a PR before the market opens tomorrow.

No PR means that the litigation continues.

(I doubt Bena would have made her "prediction" of a settement if it is the latter).

I guess the parties could have asked for another extension.....
less than 1% chance of that IMO.
