There has been no proof presented that he used Ihub to do *anything*, as far as manipulating penny stocks, so unless you have proof you might as well give it a rest.

So yes Phil, there is proof by governmental allegation that indeed Brown did use I-Hub in his commission of alleged offenses. Now you are simply scaling back your assertion from- [h]e didn't do 'anything' to, 'he didn't post anything' as a directive.

You could just say you weren't aware of the use of I-Hub, or you misread the specifics, as there is a lot of material, instead of changing your assertion after having been shown the evidence you requested; to 'posting' pumps on I-Hub. This is nothing I've seen a poster on this thread allege and certainly never a contention I've espoused.

We all want to be 'right' Phil. In this instance you were incorrect. In my second reply to you I even stated 'in this instance' and did not impune anything else you had stated, mainly because I agreed with the rest of you post.

So, in your own words, give it a rest.


None of the items you listed asserted that any of the directives were posted on Ihub.

If you can find those, get back to me.

your argument is starting to sound like when the defense paints a rape victim as asking or having behavior that caused the defendant to think the victim was inviting the rape..

you make it seem that anyone that even puts money into any pink stock deserves to be scammed... that putting money into a pink stock makes that person something less smart so its ok to develope an elegant scam of false pr's and wash sales between the smart ones...

the fact is, matt was in a position of authority.. he held power over the posters in that he could boot anyone that he felt like booting and not many want to cross that line....

and the charge is he colluded with others on IHUB to perform the scam... not helping is all the off shore accounts..and the damning emails... and of course the fabrication of the pr's... and what of the allegations of the money and lambogate....

what seems to make your argument wear thin... if matty knew what evo and company was doing and not stopping it or alerting the authorities... he did not boot lance, or any of them.

he has put folks in the jailhouse for much less...

maybe club matt should be run by matt on the inside for a while with a release date? no? why not? and maybe that little kid in jail next to his profile?

others were put in there with no formal charges... with no proof of misdeed? other than a tou violation.. they were not proven guilty of anything in a court.

but i know... your always right in that skewed argument you keep posting.. but i know that matt is a good friend and in your mind he can do no wrong... especially if the folks that were hurt were putting their money into a pink sheet stock.... that circular thing you do...

I just don't know how you can damn the victims.... but defend the defendants blindly... I guess all those charges... bank accounts and money are all just a figment of the prosecutor.... but when i read the emails and exchanges... i get a bit jaded... while you reserve your judgement. but what do you think all them accounts were for? evading taxes?

and frankly i like matt... but if what i read is true its unexcusable and shows nothing but greed...

was this all excuted just because they could play the system? or was it for some sort of poetic revenge?

whatever was the reason or set up... it wouldn not be possible without IHUB.. or as profitable without IHUB. the hub made it easy... cause you have a captive audience.. and the power of the search to see how your planned pr's are working and effecting the crowd.

and the shares coming from the CEO's of these questionable companies? The very companies that you, and Matt would rant against putting money into.. it was like a huge hypocritical scam...

I just cannot wait to see the outcome of all of this. And see if new cases and charges are brought up.
