temp luvs amy, I personally believe that what is material is the fact that what isn't made public is the fact that ORRV is actively salvaging coins from a wreck and not making that public information, but they are making that information available to a select few individuals.
What is also important is whether or not ORRV has a permit to work that wreck. I have read no press release stating that ORRV/RS OPS, has a permit to work on any wreck. A clarification by ORRV would clear up the matter.
