honestly either some volume based on pump or a pr from the co. i think that the last run was based on some b/s pumping to tell the truth but keep in mind the shares are extremely thin here. most of them are restricted so if i were you...which i was exactly a year ago... buy these cheap shares in the 20 range and average down because when the co. gives us news the pps can skyrocket as we've seen already. this is currently my one and only long and it will be in the dollars when the co. gets everything worked out. they had problems with their contracts in very hostile places and the ceo has been dealing with some difficult personal issues lately so when they get back on track expect to be in the dollars imo.
