Phil, ... Neither IHUB nor ADVFN has been indicted or even accused of anything criminal by the government because, IMO, there is no sufficient evidence of intent by IHUB or ADVFN to commit or aid or abet stock fraud allegedly committed by Matt.
IHUB and ADVFN, however, are guilty of not adequately supervising Matt as he used IHUB to manipulate penny stocks. But, that, in itself, is not a crime. If you don't adequately supervise, how do you have knowledge of what's happening?
There is a difference. And, a failure to charge the corporate entities should not be advanced as an expression of governmental faith in this penny stock site. ... eom
