Agreed, define P&D with total dilution. This did have a couple good pumps being the F/S, both times. Sorry if you missed that trading opportunity, it was lucrative. A/S is 20 billion. PPS drops on volume. Big indicators of dilution. PPS has been drooping regularly, will continue until company has to R/S to continue trading. Seen this many times. The pumpers on this stock are over the top, next will be th eclaim of NSS. All IMO, and GLTA.
