This is very positive news. It provided details on Wow Greens and ESSO partnership which is a huge positive. the rest of the details of the lawsuit are not that big of deal.
The selling of unregisterd shares that were put back into the company will warrent a fine on ESSo. I dont see anything else happening. This company PR does give the impression of a viable company. Alot of people speculated that Jared sold the unregistard shares from lack of knowledge, which seems to be the case according to ESSO.
Its good to get some news finally from ESSOs side.
