Cool thanks I am interested why the voted down #4 and what that means to us.

oh that's the 25mil of preferred stock. Yeah should have voted no to that too but overall I figure my votes didn't impact to much.

I am just glad we passed the reverse split and the will be getting the 10 million still. :-)
