ate Foie Gras, Caribou, Horse, and Escargot in Toronto tonight. All the forbidden foods. Horse tastes just like a steak tenderloin. Caribou is AWESOME! Super buttery and soft and tender. A super duper Filet Mignon with flavor! I would order this over cattle anytime! Foie Gras I've had all over the world and love it regardless. I try not to think about the way they raise the duck.
