My DD tells me that BIN or IIN are unique for each type of account(Debit, Credit etc) for each bank. What I am guessing in OWVI is, "Issue Bank" applied for BIN or INN for the One world card since it is new business model for the international money transfers.

One thing I need to know is how much time it takes to get the regulatory approval.. Any thoughts ?

'why would a company not have a bin?'
'what is the process for applying for a bin?
'how long does it take to receive a bin?'
'what banking source would not have regulatory approval?'
'how long does it take to receive RA?'

Just a few that come to mind...
