they have been removed from the otcbb to the Grey market by the SEC due to the suspension ... the E is really kind of moot right no. However, they need to get ALL of their filings current, plus an MM to sign off on the 2-11 before they can move forward

IMO that is correct. If e is removed that means SPNG will be filing compliant. If not E stays.
