Expo Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets:EXPH - News) is currently reviewing the possibility of a special dividend. I wouldn't count on it for now: everything in the pr is worded in the 'maybe' scenario.
Imo at this stage it is way too early for a spinn-off and we need much more information like for example: how will the share structure be(room for possible dilution to fund the new product!), will the new company be fully reporting(according to jd that is his intention when he mailed me back).
I say keep everything under EXPH, at least for know!
