I agree on the ROI part but not on the AOL part because at that times the PPS went up because it had to do with internet. Later the good executed company's were the one who survived. Elton gets my credit but not my believe. Let's us concentrate more on the "Dr. Naveed Aslam" part, he is the one who will show the company's performances, imo.
