While it might largely be considered fluff PR, once LTC has been validated with a JV of some sort, DR could easily promote the use of LTC to the entire health industry, with simple PR headlines that read "Save on Your Health Care Costs By Demanding LTC Options!" and other PRs of the like.
Yes, with a little marketing savvy, upon validation, LTC could really skyrocket, but of course, methinks the majority of us here already KNOW that.
