This should be an important fact that needs to be addressed. With all of the positive news flow, there is no way that this company shouldn't be at a 52 week high.

It is no longer just a hunch or a fallacy. We ARE being illegally shorted. It has been uncovered and published for the SEC to bring justice for the shareholders that have been wronged and illegally had their investment dollars stolen. Now it is FACTUAL. I knew the story was too good to have the share price brush off any significant news.

No comments about the NAKED short sales. It doesn't help Gold's cause to acknowledge this illegal scandal.

Bottomline is that this will be a real company VERY soon when they finally begin to have earnings.

The SEC? I would have to assume that there is an abundance of evidence and fines and hopefully jailtime for the perpetrators. I've watched this share price move eratically over a 5 year period and certain individuals have preyed on the illiquidity of this stock. I loathe these individuals and feel as though they have "stolen" from me, the company, and other shareholders that played by the rules and followed the law.
As a sidebar, I would hope that Dr Moro would take the opportunity he is about to be given by his loyal shareholders, and once he raised the millions he feels is necessary to launch recaf he will also fulfill an older promise to get us listed on a senior stock exchange. Think small we will stay small. Think big and the world is your oyster. By the way, superb results on the presentation at this year's ISOBM. That really has not been given enough discussion. I am curious to see the press release about the ISOBM.

The bold actions caused completely because of greed have been exposed. It is now published for all to see that the company's shareholders have been robbed. This a crime. Instead of a gun they use a computer. They stole from me and I won't stand for it. They put this company and shareholders at risk of losing their entire investment because of a fraud. We are officially on the NAKED short list. How can people be that greedy AND STUPID. They should have quit before this was exposed. I want our company to use their attorneys to make them pay. Prison time and fines that make their ill-gotten gains all for naught. Let the punishment fit the crime. I hope they burn.

I would say this is pretty serious. Wouldn't you? I have felt for quite some time that someone was selling in one acct and buying in another acct to walk the share price lower. Now I have found a link that proves my (and Mata's) belief that we are and have been defrauded. Like I said in an earlier post, the stars are lining up for Biocurex. To get this situation rectified and the perpetators brought to justice would remove most of the major headwinds that have kept this stock from really breaking out. No one can refute the technology is cutting edge and we have caught the attention and added 2 new experienced biotech exectives that have the connections to launch recaf worldwide. IMO, Dr Moro is about to make his discovery known with a marketing launch that will garner media attention. It's what investors have been waiting for. The shareholder meeting is just over 2 weeks away.
Half, thanks for your input on bringing the criminals to justice. The SEC needs to make an example out this case and give them the maximum penalties. You steal from me.....you WILL pay!!!

It absolutely involves the market maker. I pointed out obvious intentional deceptive and dubious trading before. Did anyone notice that a trade went thru THIS MORNING at 9:25. OTC stocks are not available to trade in the premarket. How did rhat trade go thru (lower than the previous day's share price) to appear that selling was going on. IMO the market maker IS involved and will be a part of the investigation. The greed will lead to their demise. Isn't that the way all criminals get caught? There are people aware of this and today's press release has pulled the sheets back and the lights came on. Now we will soon see who has been screwing us. Sorry for the metaphor, but I hope they don't see it coming and their passports are expired. There is no defense to naked shorting. No matter who you are. That press release today. Do you think that was a coincidence? I don't. I think it is a message that not just me and Mata are aware of scam trading. I'll let the evidence speak for itself. Like Mata said, they have thrown all caution to the wind and really aren't convinced that they are truly under investigation. IMO, there will a resolution. It can't be a good thing for the thieves to have their cover blown and posted on a website for the SEC to investigate.
