the company never said a r/s, people just thought they were going to have the same amount of shares they had of behl in the new ticker plus 10 percent then when they found out they wouldnt people here started saying rs, not the company. i have said all along its mnot an rs cause its not an exchange of shares to call it an r/s would be ignoring reality. the part every1 was worried about was if behl would still have something going on and it looks like they are taking a set up similar to liberty media or something like that where they have diff stocks for there diff divisions.
