Joey, the document says:

date of the event: Aug 7, 2009

if you have 10 days to report, then the sell must have been between the last 3 days of July and Aug 7. The 77M were sold on Sep 14, 3 weeks after the "date of the event".

I don't think this has anything to do with the enigmatic 77M transaction.
