These are all very good questions that you bring up. Have you considered sending them directly to the company instead of just posting them on a disscussion board? I can't help but think that if more of the shareholders concerns were directed directly to the company that the resulting answers would be much more informative than the answers that can be obtained from other investors with the same concerns but less hands on knowledge.

Another one is, Why did they remove the Vatican Library collection from the web site?

Did they lose the License for this product?

They need to address this issue.

Communication is certainly lacking here.
