Well, OMAN, my take is if it does not go up it has to come down there is not mid-way wishy-washy for the market. My feel is such that if it does not take out 495 quick enough, the market will be like Aug 20ish sideways and drop.

This goes with everything including your RIMM too..

NetApp climbs on upbeat forecast

Raises Profit, Revenue Outlook

NTAP is surging this morning after the the data storage company announced upbeat earnings and revenue forecasts for its second and third quarters. NetApp expects to earn $0.29 or $0.30 a share on revenue of $870 million to $885 million in the second quarter and $0.35 or $0.36 a share on sales in a range of $910 million to $930 million in the third quarter. Pete spoke of NTAP yesterday on CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report," and those who followed his trade are getting rewarded this morning as the stock hits $28.21 after closing at $27.57 yesterday.


Scientific Learning Skyrockets

The leading provider of technologies for accelerated learning just announced preliminary third-quarter results. Total booked sales and revenues are expected to hit record quarterly highs in the range of $25.5 million to $26.0 million and $19 million to $20 million, respectively. The midpoint of these ranges would represent increases of 70 percent in booked sales and 54 percent in revenue over the third quarter of last year. SCIL closed at $3.40 yesterday but is trading at $5.50 this morning on our proprietary Heat Seeker program.


RIMM Trades Higher on Upgrade

R.W. Baird upgraded shares of Research In Motion, from "neutral" to "outperform." The BlackBerry maker's valuation has become far more attractive since the shares were slammed after the recent earnings report. The price target remains at $84 target for RIMM, which is trading at $69.30 in the pre-market after closing at $68.66 yesterday.
