normally I would agree, but after rereading the details, INAR is going to increase the O/S by 10% to fund these dvidends. This would equate to a 10% decrease in pps.....which is really nothing. Since INAR first put news out of this dividend on July 9th, the pps has increase. I attribute this increasing pps to the news of increasing operations. The most that you will see imo, is that on October 13th, the pps will dip a bit, but will be negligable imo. GL
