Did anyone say he or his directors did? Sounds a rather defensive posture don't you think? Something to hide maybe? I imagine he may have a certain disdain for being hounded by some of the ill mannered, barely educated miscreants that call themselves "investors" that play pennies. I imagine he considers himself above that ilk. Not casting any aspersions or name calling. Just calling it the way I see it. Don't believe as gospel anything you hear or read from/ about a CEO. Their interests do not always coincide with that of the investor, and quite often investors try to put words in their mouth's. Again, we have laid out all the DD as speculation on our parts and not as fact. So by no stretch can this be considered a P&D. Not saying some haven't tried to bring those elements to play here but overall the board has taken the position that this is a high risk speculative play which means you could lose all or most of your investment here.
