This is straight from the bottom of SM's email signature. Looks like they changed the tele number at one point, but kept the fax number that is only a few digits off.

All, I appologize, the number is in service. I misread/misdialed when tried the number....I had surgery a couple of weeks back and have been experiencing double vision since. So sorry.

That's because you have the wrong number and Pink has the wrong address. Hence why Pinksheets might be mad at them, their site is always last to be updated. Just addressing your number and nothing else.
