Opportunity, the following are statements by Moro from SEC filings. Moro is clearly stating below that Abbott has indeed STOPPED working on RECAF.

How do you know Abbott has stopped working on RECAF? In the second statement by Moro, he states that Abbott may RESUME research.....


"The amendment relieves Abbott of future obligations to perform further research and development with respect to the RECAF technology"


"at its option, Abbott may resume research and development work and commercialize products incorporating the RECAF technology in accordance with the license agreement."
