Maybe Terry increases o/s as a defensive move to prevent hostile takeover.Maybe the o/s will be used to control and build the company for future growth.Maybe Terry will retire BILLIONS of AMNE shares in the treasury IMO, Terry will turn AMNE INTO green machine that has tremendous shareholder value.News will enlighten all of us soon...

IMO, R/S no way!
BUT what I do see happening is a stock buy-back by the company. It all makes perfect sense to me.
NEW COMPANY, = need capital
ISSUE LARGE AMOUNT OF SHARES, = raise capital
USE CAPITAL TO BUILD COMPANY, = to generate revenue
REVENUE INCRESSES = more gross profit
MORE GROSS PROFIT = more money
MORE MONEY = buy back O/S
BUY BACK O/S SHARES = higher pps for investors
IMO thats how I look at it, this was not a flipping stock for me. After much DD I chose to invest in AMNE because of the product, the manegement, the direction, the work ethic, the future of more products, the potential.
I am a believer in all that AMNE is doing, I will be using AMNE's products in my own home.
For all the new faces, please do your DD. Everything that I've said is IMO, I have invested a lot of $$$$$ in this company only because I believe the product, the manegement and the timing is right, we all want a "GREENER WORLD"

Why would AMNE have to do a RS to up list? That is nonsensical.

what if all O/S were to be purchased? and A/S were restricted?
since I'm dreaming, Dream big. It could happen (LOL)
