They are giving 1 share of ZMTP for every share of ZOOMD as dividend. Ameritrade shows ZOOMD having 2 mil shares outstanding. But in the PRs about acquisitions of Gold Lion they talk about issuing 9+ mil shares.

seems like this one will have a 'Super VRMLQ run' or DDRX run. VRMLQ got 6.3M shares OS and this one got only 2M shares. There is a lot of demand for shares and very few people are planning to sell....IMO.

Read between the lines...somebody was saying this company has not started business yet...we might see a news in next week or so on shipment update.
