extremely doubtful. If you go to pinksheets site it actually says

"Outstanding Shares
306,613,072 as of Dec 31, 2008"

the authorized shares were increased from 500 mil to 2.5 bil in February 2009.

The market cap is estimated from last report of O/S, I can't imagine that it's still 300 mil.

Not bashing just providing factual info.
