The Canadian version TDWaterhouse has moved NEOM to the restricted list as well several months ago. I was advised that NEOM was on a restricted list put out to brokers by the SEC for stocks flagged for manipulation.

So I have to call in a trade, but they give me the web rate of 9.99.

I am not sure if we can set up accounts with US players such as Zecco - in fact never heard of Zecco up here.
