I would bet we see an update this week on that PR. I think the deal is taken care of and we are good to go. Don't get worried........we'll see something IMO

I find an advantage in bidding for a stock during times of fear in the market. Added $0.05 to my position yesterday. I think it is the delay that has and continues to worry the market. My impression is that the settlement postponed other significant events and announcements. I am confident we will hear more on that shortly.
