Excuse me for butting in but if you buy back cheaper than others sold, looks like you gained an inherent marginal gain in your' favor, right? Then once sp goes on a run, sell into it and maximize as necessary, only in this case it seems that a long term benefit will apply as opposed to a quick buck in an intuitive sense.

I see what you mean, I understand. I was hoping we would be in the .04's now too. I think the buyback isn't intended IMO to take shares off the market, to increase pps or reduce the i/o, or the float. The company was going to buy shares as part of it's plan for the new company, and it is a meterial event, so they PR'd it. They haven't issued alot more shares, I think just a few to clear up some old debt and take care of that part of the business. They need their capital to pay for the buyback and for the expenses associated with the acq's. As long as they don't need to go to the capital markets for those we should be happy. A few mill for debt is better than a billion to raise capital for the acq's. IMO I think what's happening is a sign they're getting closer everyday to completing the deal. Step by step they are almost there. IMO

The two were not concurrent Bull. Equity for debt to clean up the shell debt had been going on well before the buy-back.

Now exclusively, the company had to perform the buy-back as promised in order to have the shares in treasury for an ESPO of sort, for the employees of the acquisitions when complete. It is simply an execution of the business plan and is a confirming signal of what is to come.

Conversely, and separately, the debt retirement is absolutely great housecleaning, and necessary, that leaves any past issues resolved. Again, great execution of the business plan, and part and parcel of the overall plan.

This is all good. Relax, these are confirming signs of what is coming.
