I got a nice reply to a "general update request" today.
Dear Mr. XOXOX,
Unfortunately we are not allowed to provide any timeframes as no one can control the circumstances of any discussions and the reviews of any data. What we can say say is we strongly believe positive news is forthcoming. Unfortunately, we cant do much at this time to stop those who want to sell. We are diligently working on increasing the asset value of the company, which should positively effect the stock price. But again we cannot afford to make a mistake at this critical juncture of the company's history, which has extended any final decisions until more thorough reviews have been completed.
