This stock is a major exception. You are not going to see these kinds of swings that often in other stocks because of the size of the float.
Keep in mind, it is most likely not the MMs. It is the folks controlling the float. They will shake this tree numerous times before we go up, up. Nothing, nothing goes straight up.
We could see them walk it back down to .05, but I really don't anticipate them attempting that again. I don't believe they want to sell anymore shares that cheap. Yesterday could have been a culmination of profit taking and the controlling party attempt to shake some folks of their shares.
The follow up next day to the upside is a very, very strong indication we are going to see a lot more upside. JMO
What I suggest is not watch it all day long. Set an alert that can be sent to your email address. That way you know when it ticks up or ticks down, but don't set the alert so tight. That is what I have done.
