Perhaps eliaman, he is a reporter and will write a story when there is news and hold overs are not newsworthy. Why you would think they are is beyond comprehension. Windsor really does not care much about a penny stock fraud from 3 years ago, oddly enough LOL
Now you expect him to write stories at your will do you? Funny were you not cursing and demeaning him along with others for all his past articles calling them lies and such? Maybe you should consider calling him some day and apologizing?

It is not unusual at all for plea hearings to be held over as the parties try to hammer out a plea deal.
And that what Jannie basically said.
It would be a two line story in a newspaper ... not really worthy of being typset.

As to blame ... the RCMP/IMET have charged PV with two counts of criminal fraud. Next hearing Nov. 9.

The OSC has charged multiple respondents with various violations of the Ontario Securities Act. Hearing on Nov. 16.

Big month coming up.

Do you have any evidence, at all, that SLJB is NOT a scam? An overwhelming amount of evidence has come to light showing SLJB to be a scam. No evidence, concrete or circumstantial, has surfaced that SLJB is anything but a scam.

With regards to the South Florida connection, are you saying that there were/are pump and dumpers actively involved with SLJB? That is, are you acknowledging that SLJB is a pump & dump scam?

Eliaman, why don't you elucidate for the readers here just exactly what you believe my "agenda" to be. Then I'll let you know how that compares to my true agenda.

Seems fair enough.
