I still do not think any universal marker will be successful in the marketplace and I have not seen anything to sway my opinion. Moro is just attempting to raise funds and I have no idea if it will be successful at all. He will have to persuade a lot of investors to buy the stock.
Shareholders have no choice but to agree to whatever Moro wants. As the bocx stated, to do otherwise is suicide.
