we dont know anything ,except that spnge has built something viable to be sold..the stock, the product or the co. as a whole, any takers?

Here's why I think there will be a buyout:

IF IF IF there is fraud here...

It's the only way to avoid class action lawsuits.
It's the only way for SM and MM and cohorts to avoid a messy, expensive SEC and DOJ investigation and criminal charges. The FBI has been notified.
The DOJ can go after EVERYONE involved with RME's profits. The allegations are they made off with over 100 million dollars.

IF OS is 508 million I suspect they will go private at say .25/share. That will cost them $127 million. Most shareholders go away happy and no one gets indicted.
