I derive no satisfaction from telling people off. It was meant as a chance to tell Urban face-to-face an opinion that nobody seems to be able to get across to him through any other means. I was actually serious about it. Since Urban is no longer at the races and nobody has been able to contact him, this is an issue that I would hope someone would address DIRECTLY. Now if your issue is with the fact that you believe Melvin should remain, then you need to seriously reconsider what the function of the IR rep is that represents your investment. Because right now, Melvin gets an F-.
