You do know that Nasdaq pennies are not nasdaq for long right? They have minimum averager pps requirements. If they follow under a buck IIRC for an average of 3 ( or something like that )months they are delisted. So, Nasdaq pennies are fleeting. A nasdaq penny is a nasdaq stock with problems.
