Couldn't agree more. We can sit here and bash / pump this stock all we want. We are already at a loss, its halted. My heart goes out to anyone who is sitting in the RED, I'm a victim just as well. But, the end is not here just yet...

Drew good post. I agree but I have not seen companies do this much work to market and sell products to build a profitable company. yes we will see on 10K but let's for now assume profits.

Scams I have seen did not use managements money.
They did not risk money as managements.
They either gave unrestricted discounted shares to toxic funders or just dumped unrestricted shares over and over. They did not issue restricted shares to an affiliate and then sell them.

They did not need to if just wanted to sell. Like others they could have just sold all the unrestricted shares they wanted to issue. No reason they had to issue them restricted if just wanted to sell them.

I seen a lot of scams just none that build a profitable company like SPNG has.
