My concerened too but after speaking with a BK Attny and giving them the prospectus and info on WAMP and WAMK and WAHU they stated and completely agreed that all the Preferreds would have to get the back divis paid before any type of compensation givin to the commmons and lower class stocks.. which means all the Pref's will have to get back payments re-instated ---
in fact - after talking to them about this and getting legal counsel - go figure they bought both K's and P's!!
That is what I thought. Of course...I was hoping to be proven wrong an learn something (and then be able to expect divvys); however, best to know the truth about these things than to allow members to perpetuate untruths about these issues.
