I think so to from the way it's traded.

They tried again to moved it down under .02

In any case. I was about to put a buy order at .021 (ASK then) but they moved ASK and bid up. It's like they know what I type in my order before hit the send button. It happens few times now with Ameritrade on many stocks. I wonder if that Java application thing give them some sort of access to what I type in and aleart MMs?
