I am not familiar with Scottrade, but apparently a few have been successful in transferring their shares out of Scottrade, but they probably started the process before the "freeze." It's my understanding that Scottrade can't or won't transfer shares until the freeze is lifted by their clearinghouse.

We should hear something soon.
