I'm a shell player......have about 20 on the back burner.....usually when their is a change in ownership/ANY SEC filings (pinks) then the shell is "in play" and will take off in about 3-6 months. However, it doesn't always work that way. I've had a couple that take years before they are sold or RM'd into. Never had one with this low of a float though....that's why I put a couple grand into it instead of the couple hundred I usually do. Best one to date went from .05 to $4.00, so it does happen (that one had a float of 40 million). Also had a .004 go to .12 (120 million float). When this does go...I think it'll go to .25 pretty quick, especially since the float is in strong hands.
