Not to mention the fact that this co. represents a positive alternative to the 'traditional' video games available (violence and vices galore)... one that concerned parents can welcome into their homes.

Debating which 'christians' will like it and which won't is a little silly and misses the point completely IMO.

Thats all i was refering to. Wait until your sure when you talk. Thats all....And i agree, ppl will buy the game if its good, simple as that. It doesnt matter if it is a religous game. And from talking to some ppl, the books are hugely popular. Lets just hope for the same for games.

Once again, yes this stuff is alot about opinion, but your "same as sarah palin (but not sure)" deal just makes me cringe when i hear stuff like that. You can state IMO or you can make it obvious its your opinion. The sentence simply would lead an unknowing investors to stray away and it sure didnt sound like an opinion.. I like your analysis people are going to buy this game, however, as a Christian you are a bit wrong. One poster mentioned that this appeals more to the Pentecostal, which is wrong. Most Christians, if not all believe that Christ will come again. Also, the debate with the Left Behind series when the books came out, my parents used to own a Christian Bookstore, was about the series of events that takes place regarding the rapture.
There are 3 main beliefs.
1) Christ will come and rapture the Christians before the tribulation
2) Christ will come and rapture the Christians during the tribulation
3) Christ will come and rapture the Christians after the tribulation

Mainline Christian thinking is choice #1 which is the position that the Left Behind books take. Because of that, many Christians will purchase these games, and hopefully many non-Christians will buy as well.
