I am novice but in looking at the chart in stockcharts.com the weekly chart is pointing straight down, the MACD is under zero, stocharstics are inbedded under 20 and RSI is also pointing down. that simply confirms the daily chart too. I would suggest keeping an eagle eye on it and don't get in until first the fundamentals improve and the charts confirm it but starting to go up on higher volume. this is just my novice opinion.
