You just nailed it. The quicker these IPWG shares go up the faster you'll see these naked turds cover their losses. For not being an expert on the subject, you sure know what you're talking about. 400,000,000 sounds like a nice round settlement. It won't break the bank though, and they'll be trying harder than ever to get their settlement money back by attacking the rest of the pinkies across the market. It's already happened before to Knight, they had to settle and put up 80 million dollars. It's nothing to them, they're still up to the same ole sh. The only reason they fight this hard is because they hate being wrong. The garbage man just got them/lol!!!
