That's an article on the pending lawsuits against Chemtura for using Diacetyl in products they were producing in numerous factories in the US and Canada.
Diacetyl when inhaled has been suggested to incur respiratory problems.
Any one with a claim against Chemtura has until the bar date to file or no other action can be taken I believe.
