I filed complaints more than a month ago. I have tried to follow up with phone calls but have never been able to get anyone involved with this case on the phone. Does anyone have a name and phone to use as a contact and to whom we can direct questions/comments?

I only got a standard e-mail back that said that they were looking into it and that they could not release any of the details. I also sent them links to a few posts on boards where alot of the details of the five star deal were discussed. I son't think it will do any harm, and it might do some good, if we make sure that the SEC realizes that the shareholders of HTOG are convinced we were treated unfailly and hishonestly under Kamal's reign of illegal activities.
I plan on notifing them again this week.
