The float was and is 11,700,000 . The TA is gagged so how can you claim otherwise. As far as dilution goes, dog claimed that trades after hours were indicative of dilution.That is not true. They have had plenty of revenues to pay for the advertising. No need to dilute stock to pay for advertising.
