If you're referring to a 'connection' between BEHL & INCL , "there is one". Look back at the BEHL PR's and you'll see the announcement of a "Joint Venture" between BEHL & INCL.

Lol... I bought your BEHL shares Friday and held all my INCL where I last picked up 19s. I know another poster picking 20s or better now in larger blocks than me that started accumulating in the low tripZs and he's picking up BEHL with me... It will all work out for you just settle down son :)
